Thank you for your phone call yesterday to check on Hope, my Chinese Water Dragon. She has not shown much improvement this week, but has had 3 bowel movements since being released from your hospital last Friday. I’ve been hand feeding her 4 small worms & soaking her in warm water everyday. I gave her a second injection of her antibiotic today. A heating pad & night light have been installed in her terrarium to maintain a warmer climate for her. She’s been spending lots of time outside soaking & sun basking everyday to get fresh air & plenty of natural light. I’d like to bring her back for a follow-up & will contact your staff to schedule an appointment. I appreciate the care & concern you’ve shown Hope. I have faith she will soon feel happy & healthy again.

Hi Patricia! Thanks so much for the update on Hope. I look forward to seeing you both again soon.
If you could bring by a fresh (<24 hours old) fecal sample so we can screen her for worms, that would be great. Intestinal parasites can really make these critters feel ill, so let's make sure that isn't part of her problem.
      Best,
